A block of four units are offering prospective buyers a chance to tap into an Eyre Peninsula town’s popular holiday market.

Henleys Holiday Flats at 3 Gill St, Port Neill, has hit the market for the first time since 2012 with a $700,000 price guide.

The three-star self-contained flats, which are on a 2027sq m block, are about 150m from the beach and town’s jetty.

Elders Port Lincoln agent Darryn Johnston, who is selling the property with Luke Duncan, said they were already receiving interest after just a few days on the market.

He said it would best suit a semi-retired owner who was able to tend to it when needed, especially during the peak tourism seasons.

“It really needs somebody who is there all the time,” he said.

“There’s plenty of land too to put another block of units at the back.

“It’s a delightful little coastal town – it’s very popular on the weekend and in the holiday season.”

The four flats essentially have the same floorplan with a veranda over the front entrance.

The main room of each flat doubles as a bedroom and kitchenette, and each has a second bedroom with bunk or single beds and a bathroom with laundry facilities.

New carpets and blinds have been installed in all four flats over the past year, and there is a fish cleaning sink and chest freezer at the rear of the apartments for guest use.

A Toyota 80 Series Landcruiser and a 40ft storage container come with the business.

Mr Johnston said they were looking for offers around the $700,000 mark.
