The Ark Cafe and accompanying residential property is one of the most well-known hubs of Norah Head.

A Norah Head property that includes the Ark Cafe, a two-storey apartment and a separate ground floor studio has just hit the market via expressions of interest.

Spread over three levels, with multiple income opportunities, the iconic property at 8 Bush St captures incredible north-facing views over Cabbage Tree Bay to Fraser National Park.

Owned as a structured investment, the cafe, apartment and studio are currently leased to long-term tenants. The Ark Cafe business is not included in the sale.

With a price guide of $2.85 million, if sold, the property should exceed the current suburb record by more than $1 million.

8 Bush St, Norah Head, includes the Ark Cafe.

“The vendors have received a strong return on the current investments,” Chris Smith from McGrath Toukley says.

“There are several different options for buyers – it would be an amazing weekender if somebody wanted to live in the apartment.”

With a modern kitchen and third floor master suite with ocean views, it would not be hard to imagine slow weekends in this ocean front apartment.

The cafe is located just by the bay at Norah Head.

And with the cafe located conveniently below, coffee would never be far from reach either.

The Norah Head suburb record is currently held by 53 Bungary Rd, which was sold earlier this year for $1.75 million.
