Gold Coast property: Teavine House hits the market
IF you’re dreaming of a new career this could be the perfect brew.
Teavine House, a sprawling family business on 1.09ha of lush grounds at Tallebudgera Valley, is on the market with a $2.75 million price tag.
The property includes a restaurant, gift shop, chapel, commercial kitchen, cool room, two outdoor covered seating areas, main residence, pool and separate studio accommodation.
Decorated with a French provincial theme, Teavine House is renowned for its traditional high tea, boutique weddings, baby showers, hens’ parties and birthday celebrations.
Gold Coast social media influencers including Hannah Polites and Revie-Jane Schultz are among those who have hosted baby showers at the venue.
Marketing agent Ken Jacob, of Ray White Tugun, said the vendors originally came from Sydney, to take on Teavine House in 2018.
“They basically took it on as a little hobby,” Mr Jacob said.
“They’ve decided to move on and are letting someone else take up the dream.”
Mr Jacob said the property offered a unique opportunity to live an amazing lifestyle while running a family business.
“This residence and business may suit a couple, family, or investor.”
“Not only has it got the function areas, but there’s a three-bedroom house with a swimming pool and a separate studio there.”
While Teavine House is well-established in its present format, there is plenty of potential with conditional approval as a function centre.
Buyer interest has mainly been from the Gold Coast, Mr Jacob said.
