Lynora Downs is approximately 16 kilometres south of Rolleston in the northern end of the Arcadia Valley.

With the additional water allocation at Lynora Downs, the current irrigation can be increased by in excess of 100% once again incorporating gravity system.
Gravity water fill systems have huge year on year operational cost savings.
