Glen Gala Village is a neighbourhood shopping centre anchored by Morgan’s Supa IGA and 12 specialty shops. The centre was built in 2010, with the IGA lease expiring in 2025. The Centre is located 13km* west of the Melbourne CBD and is adjacent to the Western Ring Road.

The short WALE and higher level of associated risk taken on by the purchaser reflected in a higher yield than the average neighbourhood shopping centre.

The sale represents the second Victorian neighbourhood shopping centre to transact in 2022, highlighting the continued lack of supply in the market.
