Fitness Studio, multi-use area at Rella's Strength & Wellness Hub

Rella's Strength & Wellness Hub opened its doors over 5 years ago to create a space where clients can come and feel comfortable, safe and supported in their journey to better health, creating a community working together to improve the balance between strength and wellness with simple and sustainable lifestyle changes as a whole. Not everyone enjoys loud pumping music, weight dropping, and crowded gyms (including myself as a coach). It's taken some time, but we are ready to take on another coach who aligns with our vision and values to grow their business out of Rella's Hub. The studio has 3 zones set up depending on the sessions planned, along with boxing equipment, cardio equipment, Viprs, TRX, Kettlebells, Squat Rack, free weights, Cable machine, Power Plates and functional equipment everything you need to work with your clients.
