One of our corner studio spaces, The Peacock Room is available for short term or long term lease. Situated in the classic Mechanics Institute Building in Footscray on level 1. A stone's throw from Footscray station, there is plenty of parking available also. We are a fashion design business and already share with a graphic designer, any business or creative welcome to share this wonderful bright space. It's a friendly, welcoming environment with only 2 people working in the space. There is heating and AC in the room with super high ceilings. We share a kitchenette with coffee and tea supplied plus a large meeting table in the common area free for use. Includes wifi and 24 hour access.
