A boutique recording studio in the heart of Alexandria in Sydney, right next to some amazing cafes and a beautiful park. Owned and operated by a young engineer who ran for Keep Sydney Open in NSW. Caters for up and coming musicians looking to get their first tracks out to the world.
Fourth Way Studio is owned and operated by George Tulloch, a producer and engineer with over 8 years of experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in Sound and Music Design from the University of Technology, Sydney and has fostered the careers of many up and coming musicians. He mostly specialises in electronic music but has recently forayed into urban music, expanding his vocal recording and editing chops to this burgeoning market in Sydney. He has taken many young producers from knowing nothing about his DAW of choice 'Ableton' to creating festival ready tracks played by some big names in the US in under a year.
The studio is a small intimate space, with a single control room and an isolated vocal booth, all the kit is there for recording from amazing microphones to a full mixing desk, but most of the time George works in the box with his trusty Apollo twin and Mac Pro. There is a relaxation space next to the studio with full kitchen amenities, bathroom with shower, loungeroom with TV and gaming consoles, not to mention a slew of good books. There is a love heart etched into a 2x4 wooden feature wall, and sheet music adorns the walls for that aesthetic touch. The wood feel is pervasive throughout the studio, giving a homely feel to an otherwise modern space.
