This 3m x 3m Private office, is situated right next to an open plan layout with a big island bench in the middle, it is the first private office that will be rented in the building. Currently our building company Smart Homes are using the entire space, so you will be sharing with them, until we can fill the other 4 private offices and start offering dedicate desks to other individuals, ATM we have 7 other people in the office Monday to Wednesday, 11 on Wednesday's, 4 on Thursday and 2 on Friday. There is a decent size Kitchen, with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, Fridge, Grill, Microwave, sink and ample cupboard space. ATM there is another large room with couches where you could meet people, another meeting room with a large table where you can meet people, eventually smart Homes will go in these rooms and you will have access to another board room / meeting room with TV.
