'Webster House' provides boutique professional rooms in a fully renovated building. Perfectly suited to a range of allied health professionals, your colleagues include Psychologists, Social Worker and Clinical Hypnotherapists. Cross referrals are part of Webster House's supportive culture.

Suite 4 is a beautiful space, retaining art deco features, including original polished floors, fireplace, picture rails and decorative ceiling. The openable window provides fresh air and beautiful light. The room is large enough to comfortably accommodate a couch, a couple of chairs, a desk and some storage units.

The whole property has been comprehensively renovated to provide the customised facilities that our professional tenants value, including:
- SOUNDMASK system - installed throughout the ceiling space of the entire building. This system generates unobtrusive sound waves, making your conversations unintelligible to those outside your room. This is the approach used in open-plan call centres and medical clinics.
- Acoustic panels on doors
- Underfloor acoustic batts
- Ducted, reverse cycle system that is controlled by the MyAir phone app (see photo). You can pre-heat or cool your room remotely! So, when you arrive at Webster House, your room is already at your preferred temperature.
-Pre-heating of the building in cold weather so your room at at 19 degrees before 9:00 am.
-Daily cleaning of the common areas. Webster House is sparkling clean.
- Stable, super fast internet. Webster House is fortunately located in a small area of Ballarat that is serviced by iiNet's ULTRA Cable broadband. iiNet Cable is widely regarded to be superior to the NBN in both speed and reliability, which is a huge advantage for anyone moving into the telehealth sphere. This is further supported by the TP Link Deco system, which ensures every practitioner's room enjoys the same high service.

Your room is provided unfurnished as we want you to have the opportunity to create a personal space that suits your specific needs and preferences.

Your weekly rent of $285 plus GST gives you access to your room 24/7. Some of our practitioners have arranged joint tenancy agreements with a colleague whereas others prefer to have their own, dedicated space. To provide a stable and professional culture, rooms are not rented on a casual or daily basis.

Although we don't work from Webster House ourselves, we are readily accessible via phone, email or text. we are committed to providing spaces that support your work and facilitate your clients to feel relaxed and safe. We maintain the property to a high standard
