The room would also be perfect for Dieticians, Osteopaths, Social Workers, Chiropractors and a range of other professional therapists.

Suite 5 is a beautiful room with a large window that overlooks the leafy streetscape. The window provides fresh air and beautiful light. Plantation shutters provide privacy. The room retains its art deco features, including original polished floors, fireplace, picture rails and decorative ceiling. The space is approximately 16 square metres. This is large enough to comfortably accommodate a couch, a couple of chairs, a desk and some storage units.

The whole property has been comprehensively renovated to provide the customised facilities that our professional tenants value, including:

- A welcoming waiting room, designed to help clients to relax before sessions

- SOUNDMASK system – installed throughout the ceiling space of the entire building. This system generates unobtrusive sound waves, making your conversations unintelligible to those outside your room. This is the confidentiality strategy used in open-plan call centres and medical clinics

- Acoustic panels on doors

- Underfloor acoustic and thermal batts

- Ducted, reverse cycle system that is controlled by the MyAir phone app (see photo). You can pre-heat or cool your room remotely! So, when you arrive at Webster House, your room is already at your preferred temperature.

- During winter, the system automatically pre-heats the whole building to 19 degrees by 9:00 am.

- Daily cleaning of the common areas. Webster House is sparkling clean

- Stable, super fast internet. Webster House is fortunately located in a small area of Ballarat that is serviced by iiNet's ULTRA Cable broadband. iiNet Cable is widely regarded to be superior to the NBN in both speed and reliability, which is a huge advantage for anyone using Telehealth. This is further supported by the TP Link Deco system, which ensures every practitioner's room enjoys the same high service

Webster House's location provides fabulous amenity. It's a very short stroll to the CBD and GovHub, a five-minute walk to Webster's Market & Cafe, and Lake Wendouree is at the end of the street.

Your room is provided unfurnished, as we want you to have the opportunity to create a personal space that suits your specific needs and preferences.

Your weekly rent of $290 plus GST gives you sole access to your room. Some of our practitioners have arranged joint tenancy agreements with a colleague, whereas others prefer to have their own dedicated space. To provide a stable and professional culture, rooms are not rented on a casual or daily basis.
