Construction was finished in 2013 on this mixed-use commercial / retail conversion from it's former industrial use. There's parking for our retail customers on site but that doesn't mean only Aldi, Reece, PM Studio or Danks Beauty visitors can use it. When you invite people to our shared Level 1 boardroom, they can park there for 1.5 hours for free too.

The fitout in the Suite features an office, storage and dry-kitchenette (but there's a shared kitchen across the hallway). The large open plan format ensures the sunlight from the southern side flows through the space.
