The National Parks and Wildlife Service is seeking expressions of interest for the operation of Trial Bay Kiosk as a restaurant under a lease for a proposed term of five years with a further five-year option. The Kiosk is beautifully situated in Arakoon National Park.

Located just a short distance from the Trial Bay Gaol and campground, the Kiosk offers breathtaking views over Trial Bay and the historic gaol. It’s the perfect location for a leisurely breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and is the only eat-in venue within Arakoon National Park.

Key features of Trial Bay Kiosk are:

• Prime location overlooking Trial Bay, near the Trial Bay Gaol and campground
• The only café/restaurant in one of the most popular national parks in NSW, with 500,000 visitors annually, including 55,000 overnight stays in the campground
• Lease area of approximately 333m2 (excluding car park and loading area), with approximately 206m2 in indoor and outdoor dining areas
• Accessible design with step-free access to the Kiosk
• Adjacent carpark for visitor parking, including four designated accessible spaces
• Available to commence operations from August 2024.
