Brisbane CBD office space is diversifying with US co-working juggernaut WeWork expanding into the Queensland capital, taking out a lease on 310 Edward St. 

Landlords should set aside 20% of their buildings to make way for coworking spaces as businesses move away from traditional offices, an industry expert says.
