The Warwick Golf Club is set on the northern side of Warwick. It is on the edge of a quiet residential area. Even with this great location, the club is only a short drive from the Warwick CBD. From the elevated clubhouse, you over look the 18th green with views of the golf course and the Great Dividing Range in the east.
The Golf Club Membership and Course Use -
The Golf Club has over 300 members and is very popular with out of town visitors and social players. The 18-hole Golf Course is open 7 days, with member competitions every Wednesday and Saturday. Additional competitions and charity days are held throughout the year, often attracting up to 150 players. The long-term vision of the club is to build 15 short-term accommodation units adjacent to the club house. This project is in the preliminary stages with no completion date set.
Skills -
Previous experience in running a food and beverage operation is desirable. Having a customer focus, with an understanding of the needs of the Members of the Warwick Golf Club are essential. The lessee will be required to have their own Liquor Licence. You will also be required to work in with club's management committee and Pro Shop staff to accommodate upcoming events and groups.
