Being anchored by Harvey Norman, Spotlight and Service NSW, the Ballina Homemaker centre has a first-class tenancy mix of national large format retail brands, as well as a number of additional local brands.

Well known specialty tenants include, Forty Winks, OMF, Oz Design Furniture, Pet Stock, Pillowtalk and School Locker.

The centre has benefitted from improved access with the Boeing Avenue extension to the north through to Airport Boulevard recently completed.
The existing Centre is currently fully occupied, with the proposed approx. 11,000sqm extension required to facilitate strong additional demand, including the proposed relocation and upsize of the exisiting Harvey Norman store.

The centre expansion (subject to council approval) will see the centre increase to an anticipated 24,278sqm GLA, with in excess of 500 parking bays & 19 tenancies in total.
