Strategically identified land release positioned to the south of Tamworth's CBD, "Arcadia" will provide for a new community area supported by a range of lot sizes and neighbourhood shopping centre. Council has planned and budgeted in their 2019-2020 budget for water and sewer connections to be provided to the land, and a very generous Developer Contribution Policy has been adopted by Council. The growth framework established bodes well to continue Tamworth as a major regional city and ensure the consistent growth rate of 1%* is maintained and enhanced.
