We are a close-knit group of people that operate more as a community, rather than just a place to work for each individual firm. We often collaborate with one another and pool our resources together to get the job done! You will be joining a welcoming and friendly community, with the opportunity to attend yearly office events, such as an annual ski trip, EOFY lunch and Christmas party. The space is ideal for a small company of max. 8 personnel, wanting to expand and grow their business. Part-time and ad-hoc requirements can be negotiated for tenants seeking flexible workstations to compliment working from home arrangements. Offering the workstations for less than 7 people can also be negotiated. The space includes one enclosed office for the director of the company, with plenty of room for a desk, shelving unit and armchairs. There are an additional 6 desks, located in two rows along the sides of the office. The eastern side of the building features floor to ceiling windows, providing great views of the North Sydney skyline. The overall space is open plan, to establish a sense of communal working, in addition to increasing communication and productivity. You will also have access to a reception service who will greet clients, direct calls, process daily banking and handle postage on your behalf. There are various communal spaces for use, included a fully stocked kitchen, a smaller meeting room for one-on-one interactions with clients, as well as a larger board room with TV access for group meetings. The space has existing fast speed internet, phone services, and a Toshiba photocopier, which you can use if desired.
