Freedom Suites , creative studio at Freedom Suites

I am a cosmetic artist renting a room in the collaborative work space freedom suits in Gasworks Newstead starting from their new opening in the 1st week of November. My business only requires 4-5 hours per day of physical work, the rest is done outside the clinic. As I only usually work afternoons I am looking to share this space with another professional eg cosmetic tattoo artist or similar who prefers to work in the mornings. If you have any other suggestions on room share structure please put your interest forward. The room is $535 per week to share half each at $265
