One or more offices are available to rent either on a short term sessional basis or longer term lease arrangement. The offices are ground level with wheelchair access from the car park and is part of an Allied Health Centre which currently has a receptionist to welcome clients full time Monday - Friday. The other offices contain Dietitians, Exercise Physiologist and Diabetes Educator. You will have access to the centre's kitchen and there are ambulant Male and Female toilets. Ample on site and on street parking is available. You will also have access to the centres Exercise Physiology studio should you wish to use it for personal or client use. The room has a desk, consulting chair and client chairs along with some decorative wall art. It has an air conditioning unit also. The room is available to consult from immediately. The room would be suitable for independently operating allied health, medical professionals, specialists or also would be suitable for other types of professions requiring their own space to operate from with ample waiting room area for their clients. Wifi is available at the centre and included in your rate.
