There is a 20 sq. m mezzanine floor above an office space / green room, kitchenette and toilet. Public access is via an enclosed foyer. White walls are fitted with a picture hanging-system. The building is light, airy and quiet. This is a very versatile space readily adaptable to accommodate just about any creative purpose. In the Gold Coast hinterland and 500 metres above sea-level, North Tamborine Village is renowned for its natural beauty. It is only 1 hour drive from Brisbane and 40 minutes from the Gold Coast.
