Parking is offsite for both yourself and clients, however there are both paid and free options available within a short walking distance, as you are in the center of Caloundra. Office is on level one, with no disabled access so you will need to consider if this would suit your work. Terms are a minimum of six months to begin with, with possible extension of another 12 months if suitable. Rent is charged at daily rate of $71.50 if part time, or monthly rate of $1100 if rented full-time. GST inclusive.
