All shops have access to shared facilities (inc disabled toilet) and level floors with no steps. Good passing foot traffic. Things for tenants to be aware of in REGULAR shopping centres: there can be strict rules governing store display, signage and fitout; stipulated operating hours (like having to open on a Sunday or face fines), intense competition & payments of promotional levies. . There can also be a ‘Turnover rent’ where the landlord is entitled to a percentage of takings in addition to the base rent. We do not run along these lines.
