*Is there an alarm? Yes both Vine Street & Cockburn Road have alarms
*Is there electricity to the units? No
*Can I come and go as I wish? Yes both complex's are available 24 hours per day
*How do I terminate my contract? 7 days notice in writing is required. A form can be collected from Merrifield’s front office
*Can you fit a car into it? Some units at Cockburn Road are big enough for small vehicles
*Can I fit household furniture in? Mostly yes, unless its the small 6m² shed, they are not suitable for large items like beds as it only has opening a normal personnel door not a roller door
*What doors do they have? As indicated above, all sheds have roller doors except smaller 6m² sheds
*Are the sheds secured? In addition to the alarms and locks on each shed the Cockburn Road sheds are located in a locked yard, the Vine street sheds are not in a locked yard but have an additional padlock on each shed
