Fyshwick is the most popular of the three industrial suburbs of Canberra evolving from a standard industrial precinct into a more modern industrial area including bulky goods sales, wholesale and standard industrial uses.

Geelong Street is a wide road running directly off Canberra Avenue so is therefore great for truck access. No. 24 is located approx half way down the Street on the right hand side.

24 Geelong Street is a regular shaped block comprising a brick built double bay clear span warehouse constructed in the 1980s. The warehouse is of steel frame with pitched roof and is accessed via two large roller doors to the front making it easy to reverse trucks into.
