THE GREENS RESORT

The Greens Resort is located on an 8,612m²* site adjacent to the Paradise Palms Country Club. It has been developed into a strata titled, 48 dual-key apartment resort complex with units situated across three levels. The resort backs onto the golf course and has direct access to the Paradise Palms Country Club by various footpaths and via Paradise Palms Drive.

The Greens Resort also contains a common area pool, professional landscaping, built-in barbeques and gazebos. The resort adds an extra dimension to the Paradise Palms Country Club by providing on-site accommodation for general North Queensland holiday makers, golfers and guests from weddings and functions held at the Country Club.

There are eight strata titled, dual-key, two bedroom apartments which are included in the offering. The units are fully furnished and have either a golf course or mountain-view aspect. The units range in size from 134m²* to 137m²* and are used as part of the Management & Letting Rights (“MLR”) Business.
