The bistro area is fully equipped with flare grill and a hot & cold bain-marie. A 6m x 4m cold room is central to both the bar and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is large enough and laid out conveniently so staff can be doing several things at once. Some of the major items are a commercial gas stove, 2 x gas deep fryers, electric stove, hot plate & grill, bain-marie warmer, 3 smaller deep fryers, 3 microwave ovens, 3 door s/s fridge & freezer, s/s display freezer, 4 smaller freezers and large s/s bench areas. An external grease trap has been recently installed compliant with local council requirements.

Services: Home Hill has a population of approximately 2,800 with 2 primary schools, a high school, TAFE, hospital, ambulance, aged care facility, 6 churches, 2 banks, 2 supermarkets, Inkerman sugar mill, race course, caravan parks and swimming pool. Ayr has over 8000 people with two large supermarkets, several medical facilities and a busy town centre with a wide variety of shops and services.
