Greenheart Robina Parklands is a new 22.5 hectare destination park located on Stadium Drive in Robina. This new open space asset provides a premier parkland for the Gold Coast community and is in walking distance from Robina and the surrounding suburbs.
Recreation facilities provided include an amenities building, major playground, water play area, picnic and barbecue shelters, village green for community events (approx. 5,000 people), kickabout space, outdoor fitness gym, yoga lawn, dog agility area, pedal park, extensive car parking areas and two sports training fields.
We are seeking a suitably licenced, qualified, and experienced party to operate the café within the Greenheart Robina Parklands under a lease arrangement.
The café building is a standalone building, approximately 100 sqm and comprises a kitchen, servery, hireable kitchenette, refuse room and shared storeroom. A designated outdoor dining area will also form part of the lease agreement. This area is approximately 115 sqm (including the kitchenette seating area) and will be licensed by the Lessee for its exclusive use during café hours.
