Marketing agent Ken Jacob, of Ray White Tugun, said the vendors originally came from Sydney, to take on Teavine House in 2018.

“They basically took it on as a little hobby,” Mr Jacob said.

Mr Jacob said the property offered a unique opportunity to live an amazing lifestyle while running a family business.

“This residence and business may suit a couple, family, or investor.”

“Not only has it got the function areas, but there’s a three-bedroom house with a swimming pool and a separate studio there.”

While Teavine House is well-established in its present format, there is plenty of potential with conditional approval as a function centre.

Buyer interest has mainly been from the Gold Coast, Mr Jacob said.
