We currently have one shed available for lease on our Storage Property in Port Elliot, Port Elliot Boat Caravan Storage.
The double block is situated in the industrial precinct of Port Elliot, and is currently used for caravan and boat storage. We currently have three other major tenants on site, running a mechanical business, storage/manufacturing and a hydraulic hose business. Lease Arrangements for shed:
The initial period of the lease would be for between 2 and 5 years, by negotiation. Bond payment would equate to 4 weeks of rental payments. Rental payments to be made fortnightly and in advance, through direct bank transfer, at the beginning of each fortnight.
Yard security: The property is fully fenced. All clients are provided with a personal access code, enabling them direct access through the automatic gate systems 24 hours per day. The yard is set up with flood/ security lights and a security system (with cameras) that is monitored 24 hours per day. Access to the shed on the southern side of the yard is via a bituminised driveway that runs the length of the block.
