The internal walls are painted, with suspended ceiling allowing recessed fluorescent lighting. On the 1st level offices are partitioned and include a single toilet and air conditioning. Ground level includes offices, carpet and suspended ceilings.

The warehouse accommodation is clear span, with a truss height of approximately 7.5 metres. The warehouse includes a roller door giving direct access from Adams Street to the warehouse. The roof includes translucent sheeting providing natural light, mercury vapour hi bay lights and insulated iron roofing. The warehouse floors are sealed with high quality floor sealer, internal walls are painted and there is evaporative air –conditioning
