Building 1
The office area provides reverse cycle air conditioning, carpeted floors, suspended ceilings and recessed fluorescent lighting.
An amenities area located at the rear of the warehouse includes toilets and tea prep facilities.
The warehouse will comprises a concrete floor with concrete walls to a minimum height of 6.0 metres. The roof will be of zinculume. Lighting is provided by a combination of translucent roof sheeting and high bay lights.
Access to the warehouse is via four large roller doors.

Building 2
The office again provides air conditioning, carpeted floors, suspended ceilings and recessed florescent lighting.
The workshop comprises a concrete floor, concrete panel and colorbond walls to a height of 7.0 metres and a zinculume roof.
The workshop is also serviced by a 5 tonne gantry crane
At the rear of the workshop is a covered washdown bay with separator tanks.

Hardstand
Located between the buildings is a large concrete hardstand area that provides excellent access for both buildings as well being used as a lay-down / storage area.
