Land Agribusiness Water and Development (LAWD) is pleased to invite offers for the Apache Agriculture Portfolio, an institutional scale dryland cropping and livestock opportunity.

The Portfolio comprises 45,057* hectares across two strategic aggregations, located in the Shires of Lake Grace and Mount Marshall, Western Australia.

Key investment highlights include:
45,057* hectares of which 37,002* hectares are arable, comprising 17,928* arable hectares at Beacon and 19,074* arable hectares at Newdegate

2021 plantings included 30,750* hectares of high yielding crops being wheat, barley, lupins, canola and oats, complemented by 6,250* hectares chemically and deep ripped (limed) fallow, including pasture in preparation for 2022 season.

Quality operational infrastructure across the portfolio includes multiple workshops and storage sheds, fertiliser bunkers, grain storage, and multiple residences used for staff accommodation.
Water supply is provided by a combination of scheme water reticulated to tanks and troughs, earth dams and rainwater tanks.

Bureau of Meteorology has recorded an average annual rainfall at Beacon of 314* millimetres (1927 – 2020) and Newdegate Research Station has recorded an average annual rainfall of 361* millimetres (1925 – 2020).

Close to commodity facilities, including Cooperative Bulk Handling (CBH) grain receival sites, livestock marketing and processing facilities.

Turnkey opportunity including full operational (near new) plant and equipment, mated merino ewes and cropping inputs for 2022.
