The property, with an area of 254 hectares or 630 acres is bounded by two major roads, by the North East rail line which forms the full southern boundary and a fourth boundary is to an unmade road reserve. The holding is only two kilometres northwest of the principal Victorian north east regional centre of Benalla.
This site was rezoned some years ago to form the Benalla Industrial Precinct by an insightful local Shire Council as Industrial 1 or Industrial 2 land where these zonings permit an incredible range of heavy industrial or commercial uses.
