Middle Arm Industrial Precinct is a master-planned, 600 hectare estate and is home to the Northern Territory’s largest and most productive gas and mineral processing companies being Santos Darwin LNG and the billion dollar, INPEX Ichthys Onshore LNG Processing Facility.

The Middle Arm Industrial Precinct is set to become a world-class hub for gas, energy production and processing by 2030.

Kittyhawk Estate is the first stage of development, with Stage 1 offering 3 investment-ready lots available for long term, strategic lease. This stage of the development will release 32.5 hectares of land including 3 lots ranging in size from 10,000m2 to 164,000m2. Construction is underway with completion of Stage 1 expected early-2021.

The Product Corridor provides an area for transmission of utilities, gas, feedstock and other products. All lots are reticulated with power, water and communications infrastructure. There is also potential for sites to be serviced with reticulated high and low pressure gas.
