Stimulated by a surging population in Perth's south eastern corridor, the above centre is adjacent to Coles Supermarket, which includes 21 specialty stores, service station, take away food operators, medical centre and a limited number of purpose built showrooms.

Stage Two (2) will be an extension of the showrooms heading south with all the parking facets already in place. The completed centre will be finished to a high standard and features large billboard style signage and is easily accessible with over 200 onsite car bays.
