Yossi Vagg

Yossi Vagg joined the LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba team as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive in April of 2025. With a diverse background in Property Valuation and Finance Brokerage Yossi has a unique insight into the experience of both Buyers and Sellers and has the experience to provide value throughout the process.

As a registered Property Valuer, Yossi spent over 4 years in the South West QLD region working on all asset classes throughout the region. This provided Yossi with a unique perspective on values in the region, as well as being able to provide immediate feedback on potential changes and refurbishments to increase and improve your commercial property while understanding the end value requirements.

Yossi is a local boy, having completed school at Mater Dei and Downlands College respectively. After working in Brisbane, Yossi has decided to return home to Toowoomba to raise his family and understands the importance of building long term relationships through open and honest communication.

Yossi is proud to join the LJ Hooker Commercial team and is looking forward to making an immediate impact by assisting vendors, purchasers and prospective tenants in the Industrial, Retail, Office and Development sectors in the Toowoomba market.
