William Lee

With more than 22 years of experience and a lifelong connection to Sydney’s Inner West, William Lee brings deep local knowledge and unwavering professionalism to his role as Senior Property Manager at McGrath Strathfield. Having grown up in Strathfield and lived in the area for over 30 years, he offers genuine insight into the community’s diversity, culture and village feel. Specialising in residential and commercial/retail property management across Lidcombe, Rhodes, Wentworth Point, Strathfield, Burwood and Ashfield, William thrives on the fast-paced nature of the industry, where problem-solving and supporting clients through important milestones are part of everyday life. Known for his client-centric approach, attention to detail and strong relationship building, he has achieved standout results, including leasing an entire small unit development within one week.

A member of REINSW, William holds a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate and is currently completing his Class 1 Licence to further strengthen his expertise. Deeply involved in the community, he volunteers with Sunday School at St Martha’s Parish Strathfield and tutors English at St John’s Ashfield. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, fishing, camping and playing golf.
