William Gunning

Commitment, Trust, loyalty, respect, these have been the four keys to Williams successful career in real estate. Real estate was not Williams 1st choice as a career. He endeavoured to be a professional Rugby player. This was short lived with the large talent pool in Australian rugby. He started his career in 2001 as an Assistant in Gunning Commercial where he was trained by Senior Sales and Leasing Staff. From there he learnt the ropes of listing property, negotiating and the most important thing, maintaining a strong relationship with his Clients. When it comes to selling or looking for sound advice, William’s wealth of experience combined with his creative concepts, fresh ideas and eye for detail helps showcase the greatest asset of his Clients. Despite the ever changing trends in the marketplace, he is constantly setting high standards and achieves outstanding results for his clients.
