Tim Coller

Growing up in the Western District on the family fine wool sheep property was the perfect back ground for Tim to embark on a career as a stock agent that saw him working in the major market centres of Hamilton, Heywood, Euroa, Dandenong and Ballarat as a livestock auctioneer.

A change of direction 1987 saw him embark on his real estate career with Radford Real Estate in Hamilton before relocating to Horsham in 1991 and subsequently purchasing the business from the Radford family in 1996.

Tim’s journey in real estate saw him leading one of Horsham’s largest real estate businesses, become a one of Horsham’s most experienced auctioneers and one of the highest performing salespeople responsible for 1000’s of transactions throughout the Wimmera.

A major move in 2021 Coller Rathgeber Property Group joined forces with Harcourts Horsham allowing Tim to return to a sales based role enabling him to concentrate solely on assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and working with land developers to increase the availability of allotments in major estates in Horsham and Haven.

Tim is passionate about real estate, his intimate knowledge of the local market is second to none, he is an experienced negotiator known for his dedicated work ethic and drive to achieve outstanding results for his clients.

Away from real estate, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Debi, their two adult sons and grand children or getting away and spending time at their coastal holiday home in Ocean Grove.
