TERRY SHELLY

With a background in Commerce and Science, Terry moved into overseas manufacturing and international trade and marketing whilst also dabbling in real estate and overseeing the project management of his own showpiece residence in rural Sydney.

Following a buy-out by a major Pharmaceutical Company, Terry remained as a Consultant for a number of years while continuing his interest in Real Estate. Terry "retired" to the Gold Coast- Tweed Heads region and successfully pursued his interests in buying, selling and developing real estate.

Terry and his family then decided to experience new pastures and eventually entering the Hospitality Industry as owner- operators of a Landmark Hotel on the Queensland-NSW border. During the 20 years there Terry continued his real estate activities before selling the Hotel and moving to Townsville both for family reasons and to re-enter the Real Estate Industry on a full time basis.

Terry, a fully Licenced Real Estate Agent, can be relied upon to fully utilise his many talents to benefit and assist his clients to realise their ambitions and dreams.
