Since joining Torres Property as a Business Development Manager, Tayla has played a pivotal role in driving growth and elevating client experience. Now appointed as Head of Property Management & Growth, she leads the performance, development, and strategic direction of the agency’s property management division. Her role is both operational and strategic, encompassing leadership, portfolio growth, compliance, and team culture. Tayla is passionate about fostering a high-performing, client-focused team that delivers exceptional service and results.

While leading the division, she continues to support investor onboarding and portfolio expansion in a hybrid Business Development Manager capacity, providing expert guidance to new and existing landlords through every stage of their property journey.
