Having started in the industry in 2004, I believe experience counts but that energy and product knowledge are also key to the selling experience. Agents tend to want to over complicate things and get caught up with ego and the bright lights at times. At the end of the day, it is just people talking with people, and making sure that all parties feel comfortable yet satisfied and excited with their sale or purchase.
