Suzanne has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in residential property, development site acquisition, and completed developments in the Sutherland and St George areas.

Suzanne holds several sale price records in residential sales in the Sutherland Shire and St George area and would be arguably one of the leading sales agents in both areas.

Before founding Abode Property Suzanne was:

- A Trainer with the Real Estate Institute of NSW

- Trainer of the Diploma of Property course at Gymea TAFE College

- Sales Manager at The Professionals Kogarah, and

- A Director of Cronulla Real Estate

Proficient in knowledge of council zoning and local environmental planning issues, developers often seek her counsel on matters such as location, viable architectural designs, the state of the market, and pricing off the plan and completed projects.
