Steven Tran

Steven Tran brings over 17 years of experience in sales, customer service, and business development across the Australian education sector and the real estate industry in Vietnam, combined with his professional training and growing track record in property market. He is known for his commercial acumen, strong client focus, and ability to guide buyers and sellers with clarity, strategy, and care.

Steven began his career as an Education Consultant, representing over 20 Australian institutions and supporting Vietnamese students through seminars, consultations, and marketing campaigns. He later spent more than a decade in Vietnam’s real estate sector, where he specialised in project sales, investor relations, team leadership, and large-scale client network development. During this time, he built extensive partnerships, led sales teams, delivered training programs, and facilitated major project launches and industry events.

Now working with one of Australia’s reputable real estate groups, First National Avant, Steven combines his international experience, strong negotiation skills, and relationship-driven approach to deliver exceptional results for his clients. He holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, a Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate of Information Systems, and is a NAATI-accredited English–Vietnamese translator.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese, he is passionate about coaching, digital innovation, and lifelong learning.

Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, strategic games, and has practised Wing Chun daily for over 20 years.
