Stacey began her real estate journey with Harcourts One Group in 2022 as a part-time administrator. Through dedication, capability, and a strong work ethic, she has progressed through the business into a senior leadership role, now overseeing operations, finance, systems, and day-to-day problem solving across both offices.
With a background spanning administration, banking, accounts, telecommunications, marketing, and media, Stacey brings a well-rounded and practical approach to her role. She is known for her ability to identify issues quickly, implement efficient solutions, and support both agents and staff to perform at their best. Her experience in client-facing roles has also given her a strong understanding of the importance of clear communication, professionalism, and consistency.
Away from the office, Stacey enjoys spending time with her children on their farm, embracing the country lifestyle, and riding horses. Her calm, approachable nature, combined with her operational expertise and commitment to the business, makes her an invaluable part of the Harcourts One Group leadership team.
