Simon Oeij

Simon Oeij pursued his outstanding real estate career in 2005 after completing his University Degree in Commerce majoring in Management and Marketing. With an education on understanding how people think and purchase has led to career in continually closing real estate transactions.

Having being brought up in a large family that has always bought and sold properties, as well as having a Father that owns a construction company, property and people were always going to be part of his life. Simon’s further area of expertise in real estate goes beyond the exterior of buildings to knowing of how they are constructed and what makes the difference between a good and a great property.

After working two very outstanding years with a real estate agency in Mt Pleasant, Simon then went on to take on the challenge of starting up his own Boutique Agency in 2007. With humble beginnings in the study room of his house, to now a well located Agency in Alfred Cove with a large rental management portfolio and a successful sales team, it only came about through hard work, an honest attitude and a friendly character.

With a vast knowledge in sales, leasing, residential, commercial and business management Simon Oeij has immersed himself in all areas of real estate and continues to learn more each day.
