Sham Watkins has started his Real Estate career on the ground floor as a property manager with Terry McGee Real Estate. It is the experience that Shamus built on an expanded his horizons to Licensee and Co-owner of the business.
Sham has been involved in development sites from the planning process through to the sales and marketing of the property. No one will market your property more enthusiastically in the Sutherland Shire than Sham.
Born and raised at Oyster Bay, educated at St. Patrick’s College Sutherland. Shamus enjoyed junior sport playing rugby league, yacht racing & Oztag at national level.
