Scott Beames

Completing VCE at Ballarat High School. Immediately after school Scott went on to study at the REIV in Melbourne and obtained his Agents Representative Licence in 2006. Keeping real estate in the family, he is part of the Cunningham family which has a long association with Doepel Lilley & Taylor and is now looking to follow in the same path as fellow family member Robert Cunningham and now a fellow Director.

Employed as a Property Manager with Doepels 2006-2012, Scott moved out of the Real Estate industry into Project Management style work setting up national retail and wholesale stores. After a three year break Scott has now come back to where it all began, employed as a Licensed Estate Agent, Senior Property Manager, Commercial Sales and Rental consultant he is looking at bringing his knowledge and experience to the team.

Family is very important to Scott, living with long term partner Hayley and son Mitchell. Scott makes the time to spend time with his family. Outside of work he enjoys playing football for the Newstead Football Club, going to the gym and loves to cook culinary delights.

Scott’s fresh approach and young enthusiasm for the job make him a valuable employee and he is always eager to attend to his Landlords.
