Sam Matheson

Sam formed a strategic partnership ProRealty in 2019 bringing to the mix some 30 + years of experience across all facets of the real estate spectrum.

Originally commencing as an agent with his father after working for several years in property finance & joint ventures both in Adelaide & Melbourne, Sam has operated as a sole agent since the sale of the original family business.

Since those days Sam has added to his skill set to incorporate not only residential sales, but commercial sales, leasing and importantly management consulting.

Sam's management consulting division incorporates advice to developers, not-for-profit institutions and the aged care sector, having been a board member of the Salvation Army for 7 years, SCOSA for 10 years and as Chair of the Neil Sachse Foundation Inc. for the past 3 years.

Sam has a passion & belief that real estate is all about the people. Understanding what Vendors, Developers, Landlords and Buyers are wishing to achieve is paramount to building long term relationships, getting results and having happy clients.
